How is it possible establish an offshore bank account?
The account can be opened online. After registered your profile, uploaded documents and wired required minimum deposit, your account is activated.


Where I can make deposit cash to my account?
The bank does not provide the cash transaction. Payments to the accounts of the AGM shall be performed by wire transfer from other financial institutions or banks in favour of bank accounts AGM Investment Bank.

What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is a minimum account balance. This deposit is maintained throughout the life of the account.

Has the bank secured internet banking?
Yes, the bank has the latest Internet security technology, 256-bit encryption of transferred data, including servers, operating according to banking standards.

What does mean the Security Key?
Security Key that you receive in the Internet banking is the code that you use to confirm banking transactions such as: international bank transfer or internal, recharge debit card.

What is the difference between available balance and current balance on my account?
The current balance is the balance on your account after all transactions, including the minimum balance (deposit). Available balance equals the current balance with no minimum balance (deposit).

How do I get an offshore debit card?
Based on your application for issuing a credit card that you upload to your profile in Internet banking it will be sent within 14 working days to your address.

Why I did not receive PIN with a card?
From security reason we do not send PIN code with credit card. PIN code can be found in your online banking section of Communication (the message).
